Yeah. You're thinking of Fulci's sack of shit, Zombi 2 (or just Zombie).
Hey, Zombie vs Shark. It's really enjoyable if all you want is a gorefest.
Sure, if you love anime games.
PS2 had MGS 3, along with timed exclusivity for three GTA games, and a bunch of other great franchises.

Xbox had Halo, Ninja Gaiden, and KOTOR. Those are the only three big franchises that I recall Microsoft having exclusively, and Halo sort of sucks.
I have to disagree with that.

Land of the Dead was his most heavy handed, in my opinion.
I dunno, he kind of hit the audience over the head with the terrorism angle too much, so I just ignored it and enjoyed the gore. It was a lot less subtle.

Lucio Fulci's The Beyond (or The Seven Doors of Death) is one of the worst, mind-bending things I've ever seen.
Final Fantasy X and MGS 3 are reasons enough to place the PS2 ahead of all else last generation.
I will agree with this.

Not a fan of pointlessly surreal, low on plot, style over everything wtf films?
Romero's films are somewhat misunderstood, in that they're so rich with current social commentary. They're brilliant films, really.

Liquid, the first three Romero movies are pretty much social commentaries with the living dead added as a catalyst. Last two were pretty much normal zombie movies.
I'll put 'em on my "To See" list.

I think I have to check that out, just because of Sneaky's description.

Halo 2 was what the summer of 2005 (right?) was all about. I played game that on XBL, literally, 4-6 hours a day for 3 months.

The Beyond is ok, but if you want the absolute epitome of that description, nothing, NOTHING, beats Alejandro Jodorowsky's The Holy Mountain. Love that movie.

Yup. I put way more hours into the multiplayer than any other game.
It wasn't a burn. I thought you might like it since it's some baby shit, like the PC.

Xbox was the better console, but there was too many good games on the PS2.

I played the Xbox plenty more, but no way you could get by without a PS2 last gen and call yourself a gamer.
While I disagree about the Xbox being better, the last sentence here is completely accurate.
I lived in a college dorm. You either needed your own controller to bring to someone else's room, or your own xbox for madden and halo.
Halo 2 convinced my closest friends in high school to buy a xbox and a year of live.

Good times after school every day...

I'm going to put an end to the console debate once and for all.

Noted.
 @ the "experimental MIRV" in Fallout 3

I must possess that gun.
That thing is ridiculous.

God Hand was tight for the 5 minutes I played it. Need to get back to that shit.

Can't find a deal on a decent monitor. I figured it would be easy to find a 22 for about 175 or a 24 for 220, but it isn't. At all. I may just hold off till this summer or something.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is a kickass game. I wish I could fix the sound and graphics issues I'm having, but that's the hazards of playing on an emul.......old DC.
Noted.
If you can, also check out El Topo and La Cravate, both by him. El Topo is a pretty bad ass western until the second half, where it goes wtf. La Cravate is a silent mimed film about a guy buying a new head.
Yeah. You're thinking of Fulci's sack of shit, Zombi 2 (or just Zombie).
I hated that. You happen to be the first person I've encountered who agrees with me.
Hey, Zombie vs Shark. It's really enjoyable if all you want is a gorefest.
The gore was fine, the film was just ridiculously boring. Way too much filler.
Speaking of unusual movies, I feel like watching La Moustache again.
Since you finally saw Howl's Moving Castle, you're free to do as you please.

Hey Sean, I beat Visions the other day on expert drums.
However, I had 2 people playing with me, so they saved me once or twice.

We should go for The Endless Setlist.
That "bring back the cartridge" topic is fascinating.
DMK is probably pissed that someone is stealing his crazy luddite thunder.
Slickdeals has to be the home of the dumbest motherfuckers I have ever seen. It's ridiculous.
Werd. I wonder how some of those people manage to operate a computer and breathe through their mouth at the same time.

with pausing or without?

La Cravate sounds absolutely absurd.

Definitely gonna watch that.

I'll let you know when I have a free Saturday to tackle it.

Hopefully I'll be able to save you on Visions, I've been able to get through it without saving myself.
I just remembered I have a Limited Edition, pookymeister autographed copy of God Hand. Never played it though.
#-oDood, get on that.

It's an awesome movie, though it's only 35 minutes long. But those three films make Jodorowsky one of my favorite directors (even though I'm probably butchering his name). Parents got me a set of a couple of his films for Christmas.

Is it this one, SP?
