Not sure if it's a glitch (because it shows MSRP as $10), but Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes (Steamworks) is $5 on Gamersgate.

Hmmmm.

Looks like Fallen Enchantress + Legendary Heroes both need complete packs or something.

Or a pack w/ both bases games + all DLC's.

Is that your wishlist? If so then I have extra keys for AW + the DLC from a Humble if you want them. I'm pretty sure they have not been redeemed.

Aw crap... that's what won?? I voted for Sims Pets, personally. I would have bought FIFA as well.

BF BC2 is not a bad singleplayer experience... I've just had it forever on Steam.

I voted also for Sims 3 Pets!

Sims 3 expansions never seem to often hit below $10 - and worst of all, there's like a freakin' billion of them expansions/stuff packs/DLC's.

$1 for Sims 3 Pets would've been sweet.

I'd have been all over that.

Yeah, I noticed that.  That part is cool but I'm an instant gratification kind of guy!

No idea if 35% would be the best discount you see on AC IV:Black Flag or Arkham Origins this year because I haven't been following the pricing on them.  Or maybe Ubisoft will have sales on stuff later this season that's a real discount sale and not BOGO.  Anyway, for little effort, you might as well grab your voucher.

Sorry if this has been asked pages before but the daily deal for l4d2 says it ends in a hour on the main page but 25 hours on the product page?

Trying to hold off til the last minute to see if it hits even lower but don't want to miss out on it
 
If it's like the last summer sale, they have new sales every 24 hours but hold each sale for 48 hours.  So there'll be a 24 hr overlap between sales.

But since L4D2 is a "Daily Deal" it won't go lower.  Dailies are as low as they go (I think there's ever been one exception)

Hmm, Seagate. I had kinda written them off after the multiple firmware issues I've had with them in the past. I have a 1TB sitting next to me with a bricked controller that has less than 100 hours use on it. But, according to how far below $160 it goes, it may be worth the risk. Certainly cheaper than the $199 WD Black. Definitely would be backing up this one.

Daily deals actually run for 48 hours.

I'm not really an fps fan, but for less than $5 I had to buy Primal Carnage. I mean seriously, you get to play as a dinosaur, how could I resist?

If you look closely, you'll notice that it says "New deals in x" (rather than "Expires in x") on the homepage. ;)

The first Fieldrunners was in Humble Bundle for Android 3, I think the sequel is likely to appear in their PC with Android bundles as it has a android version like the first one.

Speaking of harddisk, personally I like the Western Digital Red series. Very power efficient drive if you own a NAS, their Black series is faster but I don't think it is value for money. If you are after speed, might as well go for a SSD as they are much more affordable these days.

I'm running one of those as my documents + games drive. Aside from it not being big enough and the minor chirping issue - they're head-park happy and make a funny sound when they do it - I'm happy with it.

FWIW: The 4TB Seagate drive is 5900rpm.

That exact HDD was $89.99 one year ago around Thanksgiving. So it has been a little cheaper. I've been using this one for my Steam\Origin\Uplay game installs for the past year and it still runs like a champ. This isn't a terrible deal really.

However, if you like adventure there's an Amazon lightning deal on the same Seagate HDD in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It's currently listed at $114.99, so chances of it being $100 or less is pretty good I'd say.

I know it probably wasn't what you meant, but DO NOT use Black drives in any RAID NAS. I was one of the first to do so years back prior to them posting a warning to avoid such actions. I'd go back to their RE drives if I could still afford their larger capacities (which I can't).

I used to have a WD Black as my PC's primary drive before I switch over to SSD, they are good for stand alone but I wouldn't use them for RAID NAS. As for NAS drives, I think power consumption is more important than speed. WD Red does well in this area as it is designed to operate 24/7 and runs at a lower temperature.

If anyone's on the fence for something, and acknowledging that we'll supposedly see the same prices in the Winter Sale, this may be worth considering.  During the Summer Sale, there were bonuses granted for hitting $10 thresholds in dollars spent.  If they repeat this incentive next month, anything that you backlog now might be better backlogged in another thirty days.

So far I've grabbed Gone Home which I hope to play in the next month.

Agreed. Though the RAID issues (at least mine) were centered around the use of TLER or lack thereof.

 
Oh its a small world, I have a Deadfalls Adventure card listed and i was being undercut 3 cents by the legendary JaseC from neogaf :eek:  I also saw Provis on there too :)
