All that is good but man I can't have all that sodium. I lost my voice 2 weeks ago but felt great. I was so confused so I went to an ENT and I was diagnosed with acid Reflux. I have put on a little weight since I moved about 30miles from work so I've been eating late and that shit caught up to my ass.

I took some generic Prilosec and immediately felt relief. Too bad the meds give you major gas. I spend most everyday working by myself so it wasn't too bad but damn. I'm only 36 but I can actually feel my age fucking with me now.

Trench is alright in my book, but I don't really have any problems with anybody here. Except Dennis, who's blocked me for some reason, but I still like his posts.

I went to chilis yesterday and had the Pick Three. I got a chicken taco, beef enchilada and chicken quesadilla. It was awesome. The woman next to us got a steak and literally threw up on her plate. That wasn't so awesome.
 
For those that play FH3, you know how when you expand a festival you can buy a car at a discount? Is there any possible way to see if you already own the car first? I bought one the first time I expanded and it ended up being a duplicate. I've got all but two festivals at level five so I don't think I have many more opportunities left but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

Yeah. It should have an icon in the top right of the white background of the car pic. Thats how you know that you own it.

Bitters. Digestive bitters.

I used to have pretty serious acid reflux it's quite bothersome, tried Prilosec and other stuff to reduce acid but it didn't work. See traditional medicining is telling you to fight acid but organically it's the opposite you get acid reflux because of lack of acid. Acid is essential to digesting food so everyone needs it. With age our acid production doesn't get that resiliant and reflux reducing drugs can actually make the condition worse by neutralizing the remaining acid, or by preventing its secretion.

This is where bitter tasting herbs come in, usually sold in liquid form since they must come in to contact with the tongue to work. Bitters work by stimulating the bitter receptors on the back of the tongue. This in turn stimulates a nerve, known as the vagus nerve. This in turn increases the production of stomach acid, bile secretion and pancreatic enzyme secretion. Bitters also have a cleansing effect on the liver, and the bile increasing effects make it useful for dissolving cholesterol based gallstones. Since bitters do cleanse the liver it is important to drink a lot of water throughout the day when using them.

There are bunch of different brands of digestive bitters on the market I get mine from Amazon and I found grape bitters work really good. I can tolerate heavy meals on meat and spicy stuff so Endless wings can be tolerated if digestion works like clockwork.

Fun fact: back in a day in medieval times knights after a roast feast didn't go for ice cream or cake there always was a small bowl with bitter herbs waiting for them they knew it's gonna aid their belly filled with bbq goods

those could work you just gotta find ones that work for you personally. It could be anything with concentrated amount of bitterness. You know that awfull taste in your mouth when you eat something bitter all you need is that kick that makes you shiver, boom and it goes into effect.

I found LA Noire Complete (and looks to be in good condition) pre-owned at Walmart for $8 tonight. Did I do good? Does it come with DLC codes or is everything on the disc? I ask all this because I haven't opened it yet.

I have been thinking about it too.

I guess it depends on if you like those kind of games in the bundle and if you already have most of bought already.

If you can see yourself enjoying most of the games and you don't have any then it is great value.

I think I have some of those on the Wii U, so not sure if I will double dip or not, and of course I have not played them lol.

I'll have to check this out of I'm ever in Worcester. I'm not put west very often. I used to be in Worcester all the time but think I've been there twice in the last three years. Last time I went to George's Coney Island, was pretty good.

Chili talk: My coworker loves that place and goes all the time. He invited me the other day but I was working the night shift. I forget the last time I went there.
 
shit man. I'm starting to have the same problem I had when I was collecting Blu Rays. I sit and stare at my Games & Apps tab, searching for a game to play. I have at least 40 games that I haven't started yet. I decide on one, then realize the amount of time it would take to finish it, and immediately decide against it. Eventually I just say fuck it and go back to Gears 4 for the 203828235th time. I have some great games in my backlog like Fallout 4, Dying LIght, The Witcher 3, Rainbow Six Siege, etc...but it seems all I want to do is play Gears 4 and Mass Effect when it comes out.

I think I just need to stop buying these gigantic open world games that demand hundreds of hours to fully complete and stick with smaller, more linear titles in the future. There's going to be a point where I will only be able to play an hour or so a night, and in reality you just can't accomplish much with those types of games with such a limited amount of time to play. And I hate playing a game and feeling like I didn't accomplish shit.

After living in Worcester for a year I can vouch for the quality of the burgers at the Fix. They always do something special on restaurant week as well, had a truffle burger there a couple years back.

I hear you man... I did the same shit on the 360 and told my self that I would do a better job on the X1 and PS4. The first year and a half I did really good about only buying stuff I would play right away and then beating it and trading it in (if it wasn't a game I thought I'd go back to). Then I just started doing the same old shit. Old habits die hard. This past fall really pissed me off, I have Mafia III, Watch Dogs 2, and Dead Rising 4. I have played all of them a good amount (DR4 the most) and love all three of them... But then I fire up the system and end up playing NHL or a multiplayer game (TF2 and BF1) and in two weeks Ghost Recon will add itself into the mix as well.

I'm starting to get bad about blu-rays too... Luckily I work nights and only actually work for 3 minutes or so every 35 minutes... So, I have plenty of time to watch movies.

P.S. In regards to the few games you listed. I'd give Dying Light a shot. That's one of them that I played through right away, and it really isn't too long of a game to beat and I found it to be a lot of fun. You can make a decent amount of progress by just playing an hour at a time.

Nah. There's a silver one, a regular blue one, and a regular Halo one with a picture of Master Chief. Weird part is that I also found a bunch of Blu Rays and PS3 games in the same box, some of which I was planning to buy from GameStop. Money saved!
