  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

I already miss the microsoft points, pre-paid cards (even the msp ones) have become more expensive since the real cash cards were released.

Phantom Breaker BG and Kingdom of Amalur are both fantastic games. Highly recommended if anyone doesn't have them already.

Yes I'll pick Yuzuha and do few Rakuhouzans and than lift up Mikoto's and Itsuki's skirts. I would actually love that. Hey if in the game was thing when girls fight their skirts would flying up so we can see their panties - YES I would play that game! Probably only thing that would actually draw me to play it in the first place.

I'm really tempted by FIFA 14.. I sold my copy for $40 a few months ago and this is the price point I've been waiting for to pick it up again.. But id really hate to spend that much on a digital version of a sports game

Unless you can return it, there's no point in having two copies of that game and really the story and gameplay is fine experiencing just once unless you want to do a no gun playthrough and go do it again on hard with Faith as a killing machine.

 
I just recently ordered a copy of Dead Space 2 after watching most of a Let's Play done by Michael from Achievement Hunter/Rooster Teeth.  Looked like a lot of fun and I've always meant to give the series a try.  Is it worth playing through the first game for anything beyond the story?

2 was a blast, 3 was ok but ruined by the gun customization

Um....not really, but the story in Dead Space to me is phenomenal. I am a huge Dead Space fan going so far as to 100% Dead Space 1 and 2 on PS3 and 360 and then 100% DS3 on PS3. Also own both movies and all but one of the comics and also have both novels. If the story means nothing to you then just play whichever game you want in any order.

I will agree Dead Space 3 was the weakest of the series, but it wasn't bad, just not up to par. Speaking of which...I REALLY want the Android/iOS Dead Space game on the Vita...MAKE IT HAPPEN EA/VISCERAL!

The first Dead Space is the best of the trilogy imo, so you should give it a try before playing the second (if possible).

Oh a big yes to playing 1 before 2. The story in 2 continues in 1, so if you play 2 before the first you kinda won't really understand the story aswell. #3 is unbearable (and that coming from a big fan of the series). I can't bring myself to play it. Bought it day 1 and its been close to a year and im only on chapter 6 or 7.

Dead Space 2's combat is way better, but Dead Space 1 is much much more tense and atmospheric, and very fun to play. I'll put it like this; Dead Space 1 = Alien (Ridley Scott), Dead Space 2 = AlienS (James Cameron). Both are awesome and classic, albeit for different reasons.

TLDR; hell damn yes its worth playing.
