I know some of you guys will enjoy Astebreed for $8. I guess not technically bullet hell, but similar with all it's Japanese goofiness. Make sure you check out the tutorial to figure out exactly how the scoring and all works.

Sale games to consider:

Apotheon may have been cheaper before but its really cool once you get used to the controls. 

Astebreed is something I am interested in.  Didnt (m)Paul(in) and Tyler play it?

Goat Simulator...I think I need to get it...but may want to wait...

Lost Orbit...when its cheaper.

Switch Galaxy ultra buying it.

Tiny Troopers...cant see price but if you like dumb little shooters like me get it.  If its $2 or $3.

Toren looks interesting for $2.50.  Anyone play it?

Breach and Clear a PSNOT fav right?  Its a tactical shooter so no thanks.

 
the crazy new game tt surge of montezuma is keeping me just barely ahead of wren on TrueTrophies(tm).  I wonder if it'll crash before new year's or if I'll officially be better than wren for 2015...

the final fantasy x-2 trophies sound like utter and complete nonsense. look at this crap:

Magical Dances, Vol. II is a key item that allows the Songstress to learn the Magical Masque ability. This item is a drop from Experiment in Djose Temple once you have levelled it up to its maximum level in Chapter 5.

To level up Experiment, you must dig up parts in Bikanel Island until you amass enough points to level it up. In order to dig, you must receive a digging license from Gippal at Djose Temple in Chapters 1 or 2, then make your way to Bikanel Island and begin digging. Attack, Defense and Special parts can be dug up in Bikanel at the yellow X marks, and it is seemingly random which parts you will dig up. The point is to dig up Assembly parts for Experiment's Attack, Defense and Special stats, and the more parts you dig up, the more it will level up. You can dig up A, S or Z Assembly parts in Bikanel, with A parts worth 1 point, S parts worth 3 points, and Z parts worth 5 points. For example, a Special Assembly S part will add 3 points to Experiment's Special stat. Once a stat reaches 38 points, it has reached level 5. When Experiment's Attack, Defense and Special stats are all at level 5, defeat the Experiment at Djose and win Magical Dances, Vol. II.

* Be warned that the Experiment must be faced at least once before it reaches its maximum level in order to get as much story completion percentage as possible. If Experiment is at its maximum levels the first time you battle it, you will miss out on some story completion, and you will not be able to get

I played it. It was really pretty short but it may actually have looked even better than the main game (a lot of plant locations) and was enjoyable. Worth running through it.

 
da i mp also added items to respec your characters, so thats awesome.

i have to respec my arcane warrior cuz they changed his main core skill spirit blade. before you could just go ham on it and tear everything up and the upgrade made it reflect projectiles(useless). now it is some charged spirit blade that gets stronger the more other magic attacks you use, and then expends that charge when used. the exact opposite of how i played spamming it. fuck. well guess arcane warrior isn't op anymore

 
also diamond if you or derek wanna do some gta V hit me up. im sober (relatively speaking) so ill remember how to play and won't give the controller to my 4 y/o.

 
Early impressions of Rogue:

I much prefer the control scheme of Black Flag. Going back to L1 and R1 was kinda jarring.

So far the sailing and ship battles feel much more fast-paced. Definitely feels like an improvement was made in this area.
 
One trophy left in Super Stardudt Ultra and it is that stupid fucking shield power up trophy. Shock and Awe wasnt too bad since they shower you with bombs but holy fuck it gets intense.

Is it as fun as Resogun? Or almost? I may buy that Resogun DLC soon with the 20% off I have. I will do it once a good sale with several games I want comes up. Not this week though it seems.

 
Astebreed and Q.U.B.E. are all I'm considering this week. Goat Simulator screams "likely flash-sale title", hopefully for less than $5.

It is dope like the pope if you like these games. Surprised you havent played it yet since it was one of the free psn outage games. You cycle between 3 weapons that fire differently and do more damage to different enemies and they upgrade individually. So theres a tiny bit more strategy than resogun, but in this one you just kill shit, no rescuing. Bosses are rehash tho.

Cool, I loved Stardust on PS3. Wasnt that the free outage game? I havent played Ultra yet but I bought it when it was on sale last week or two. Mild was talking trash about it so glad to hear you liked it. I will too then. Ill probably start it up after LA Cops is done...hopefully tonight if I can stay awake.

I like it more when I'm playing it than when I'm not. I definitely like resogun and geometry wars a lot more, but it's good for scratching the shooter itch.
 
Nevermind that trophy wasnt too bad either. It feels luck based since I wasnt seeing many on the first planet, but each planet after I saw more and more. Got it by the 3rd level.

I've wavered on Rory, everything I have read talks about a bunch of stuff missing from the game feature wise. If you do pick it up, let me know what you think.
