Captain Lou Albano (1933-2009) memorial wrestling topic
this does not look good.. everytime cena gets beat down the whole time, then he becomes supercena and wins the shit
You called it.
whats up with all the arabic singing on one of these steams... wtf
It was something to do with the user playing it on his PC along with the PPV feed.

With that ending, it makes me wonder why they even bothered with the "if Cena loses, he goes to SD"? That's the 2nd time they've pulled that in 2 years and both times he won. Wish WWE would have the balls to actually do something new.

What happened to the 30 second rest rule there WWE... since there was 4 seconds left when Ort tapped out?
The rest period counted towards the time limit.

Suddenly I feel much better that I spent my Sunday working on lecture notes instead of reading up on these results. Sounds like every other WWF PPV.

rick got silenced? Hahaha. I'd pay $40 for that instead of a WWE show. Wha'ppened?

Oh wow, he did. *shrug*

Is Kofi still chasing Legacy around with that steel chair? I can't think of any other excuse for why they didn't come back.

"I'm Ghana get you!"

I forgot there was even a PPV to steal last night....hahahahaha

Yall have fun with Raw tonight. I'll just read about it I guess. I know its going to be Cena vs Orton/HHH/Orton & HHH

The PPV seemed to suck, but I'm at least curious to see what they're going to do with the title scene on Raw. If (big if) they actually go with the 'end of the Cena/Orton feud' stip, everything has to change. Assumably Orton can feud with Ted, but where does It leave Cena? There's a huge lack of heels on Raw, and Trips is busy with DX. Even if they pull HHH into a Cena feud, HBK would need something to do.

So, thoughts? The main event landscape on Raw is pretty barren, which could make this interesting ( though I'm realistic enough to realize it won't be).

Cena/Orton reruns fo sho in the form of "Team Cena" vs. "Team Orton" at Survivor Series.

Cena, Kofi, Mark Henry, and Evan Bourne vs. Orton, Legacy and Jack Swagger.

DX vs JeriShow

Undertaker vs. Punk in another rerun.

Batista vs. Rey Rey

And you have all the PPV you need right there, aside from some other Survivor Series match. Team Miz vs. Team Morrisson?

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE decided to change the Team Smackdown line-up for Bragging Rights tomorrow night when Vince McMahon decided that the original team looked too weak in comparison to the Raw team. Vince made the decision after seeing the two teams face off on Raw, and at a production meeting on Tuesday decided to change Team Smackdown at the SD! taping that night.
Neat?
The Wrestling Observer is also reporting that Carlito has not appeared on WWE TV in quite sometime because creative has told him they have nothing for him at the moment. This has happened to Carlito a number of times throughout his WWE career, and at this point it seems that he doesn't care too much considering he hasn't had a prominent place on WWE TV in awhile.
Why not, you know, put him and Primo back together and go for the Tag Belts? It's not like either of them are going to be doing anything on their own.

During last night's iron man match, John Cena was busted open after being hit by a microphone - this was not apparently a planned spot.

Vince McMahon ordered Cena to be cleaned up immediately after seeing the spot, and WWE's John Laurinaitis along with trainers rushed to ringside to clean him up. With their first attempt, Cena wasn't aware what they intended to do so played babyface and mounted offence against Randy Orton. The cut was finally glued shoot and cleaned up after the next fall.

Cena and Orton were scheduled to work among the crowd and WWE wanted to ensure there was no health issue with a bloody wrestler among fans. If it were to have happened, the issue would have been taken seriously by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and likely used as more ammuniton against Linda McMahon's senate campaign.

As the blood was unplanned, WWE decided to stop the clock during the bout as it wasn't known how long the clean up operation on Cena would take.
:whistle2:|

The reason why Vince didn't go out was because he had shit his pants

Trust me, I was in that room....it smelled ewwie
Smackdown vs Raw 2010 is pretty good so far. Feels like they slowed down the pace of the matches quite a bit.
So it's pretty unrealistic when compared to the actual product.

I'm lovin bein able to DL caws from their server. I used to hate having to print off formulas and spend 2 hours making one guy. Some dude just did The Motor City Machineguns and they both have like 4 alternate attires, insane.

Kofi over Jericho, then Randy Orton attacks him?

Could they possibly be building up a new main eventer for Raw!? I hope so, Kofi's awesome!

I'm pretty sure that Orton's going to kill that car ten times over.

Swagger vs. Cena? Good lord, they're building up stars.. I'm excited!

That Kofi segment was one of the best things Raw has done in a long time. Losing the accent was a good choice.

I'm impressed... they've made him a credible threat AND given him a top-level program in the same night.
Wait - when Evan jumped outside of the ring, shouldn't the count have been reset? The ref just kept counting to 10.
Why in the hell are you trying to apply logic to the WWE universe?

Seriously.

Ozzy and Sharon next week!

Triple H seems to be big on Sheamus. I've never seen him wrestle. Poor Jamie Noble.

Sheamus has a really, really terrible fake accent.

Hope they have the show on some kind of delay so that they can censor all the f-bombs Ozzy will probably drop. Not that you can understand half of what Ozzy says.

.... who's this pale James Hetfield looking guy?
