Is it YMMV whether the cashier doesn't read the bold print that states, " Markdowns taken from regular prices. Not valid on sale prices."?? I didn't read the previous pages to see if it had been addressed or not.

pretty much. If the coupons ring up with no hassle than theres less likley a chance of the cashier really looking over the coupon. Some people have said the "Save $20" coupon is only working on one game per transaction. So if you get 3 games on that coupon, only 1 may come off. I'm hoping this isnt the case tomorrow, as I would like to get 3 copies of Transformers with 1 coupon.

So, does Best Buy open early tommorow still or 11:00 am?

This is what i'm deciding on to do. It would pull off alot easier if you don't draw attention to yourself so if I go in there with only one copy per coupon and it does work then i'm in and out. The question is do you draw attention to yourself by walking up there with 3 copies of the game and it not working on 2 of them raising a flag on you?

i think i may have to try 3 copies at at least 1 store. Hell it workes with 5 copies of FTF. I know this is a different coupon...but still.
 
The Wii section was absolutely packed with soccer moms and children. Everything was pretty much picked clean but I still managed to get Madworld along with Animal Crossing for $20 total thanks to an additional $10 reward zone gift certificate. Then I was able to snag the last copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy price matched at Target. All in all a great haul for my new Wii.

still trying to find out what time Best Buy opens tomorrow. The site says 11 am on Sundays, but I'm wondering if they will open earlier since its still close to Christmas.

I've called 2 stores and neither are answering. :/

i believe from dec. 20-26 it opens at 8am like from last sunday for christmas week. Since tommorrow is the 27 it should open during the normal hours of 10am
 
hmmmmm..just got a hold of one Best Buy and they told me 10..thought the site says 11.............guess it wouldnt hurt to sit in my car an hour if they are lying.

My gamestop usually doesnt let anyone trade in "multiple" copies of the same game and my friend doesnt work there anymore...

For free (here is hoping) you cannot go wrong, but I couldnt get through the second level. But this is just one man's opinion. I loved the series as a kid, so I really wanted to like it. Just couldnt do it. Too generic and boring.

i was thinking of keeping a copy for myself of all 3 possibly free games tomorrow. My store says 11 on the site too....I just find that hard to believe. Gahits pissing me off.

11 can be correct. Out of the two Best Buys I frequent, one opens at 11 and the other at 10. The newer one (just opened) opens at 11. Not sure why the different opening times though. I just remember going there when they were new and seeing the parking lot empty. Never knew Best Buy's would open later than 10.
 
Any CAGs planning on hitting up the Chapel Hill, OH BB tomorrow at 10AM? I'd love to meet some more CAGs in real life.(I only met one so far, from Cleveland)

Also, I'm planning on using the $20 off thing at GS with a copy of Transformers and then trading in a copy of madworld and getting some games for my new PS3. Rinse, repeat if possible at different GS stores.(3 at Chapel Hill alone!)

out of curiosity where is the ad that says transformers is dropping down to $25. i looked at the op's page but didint see it nor did i see it on this weeks thread on best buys ad--my bb can be prick at times so it be nice to have a print out of the price drop...
 
I may check tomorrow for the 3 "free" games....Let's tap, Madworld and Transformers. I might actually like to play these....my brother in law just got a Wii also, so that might help him out.

OK, not sure if this was asked...but on the latest coupon...it does not mention Let's Tap or Madworld as being 20 bucks off.....does someone have a coupon that shows this because the one I got form my reward zone does not include those two Wii games...it has Monsters vs Aliens only.

Are you looking on the website under the store locator and then clicking on the store info itself, because when I go on I'm seeing a full calendar of when the stores are opening.

You have to actually click on the specific store's hours though to get the listings of hours for this month to pop up. For example, at the San Jose Santana Row Store - http://stores.bestbuy.com/851/

Actually it looks like it is 10 am, even though they list Sundays last ... rather bizarre

Highly unlikely they will allow it. They were skeptical on their official text messages.

They have a kiosk near CS that they will allow you to use to print coupons and reward certificates

Thanks. I have some late Christmas shopping to do for my brother-in-law. Felt bad yesterday when him and my sister got me something but I didn't get them anything.
 
So Terminator was a mistake and is not 'free'? Oh well. Hopefully I can get the same cashier(s) as last weekend and make out. Then, it's off to numerous Gamestops with copies of Transformers: ROTF to use the $20 off anything discount on $20 games. LOL
