Site's back up! Quick! Everybody bum rush it! Bring it down again!
I sold mine in 1983 for half a mallomar.I have no soul left to sell, so joke's on them.
There's a remove link under the item name/graphic on the first page of the checkout procedure (the 'basket' page).Checkout not working... I add the voucher and credit, then click on continue and it stays on the same page
Now I have to wait X minutes to clean my basket and try again
When enter the basket page, it direct me right to the "add voucher" pageThere's a remove link under the item name/graphic on the first page of the checkout procedure (the 'basket' page).
Aware of all these things, still no luck. I have no indication that the game is 64bit (I seriously don't think it is), I'm fairly certain it uses a compatible version of DirectX (it's not that old of a game), and there is NO log file.Check the .log file.
SweetFX does not do magic
[*]Antialiasing
- Wrong directoryMake sure you’ve selected the right directory. Some games need to have it put in a subfolder (usually bin or bin32)
- If SweetFX loads, there should be a log.log file in the game’s directory.
[*]Not supported title
- Some games use a postprocessor step for antialiasing, and this can overwrite SweetFX’s changes to the image.
- Try turning off ingame antialiasing. SweetFX have a SMAA filter that can compensate (sometimes even better than the original, and with less overhead)
[*]64bit games
- Some games are just plain out not supported. Games using OpenGL or old DirectX versions are not supported, and a few games are not injectable at all.
- The injector only support 32bit programs. Run the 32bit version of the game
Kinda sorta. Shopper is the most popular gametype, and it's loads of fun. Just learn the rules and practice your ninja roping skills offline. You're gonna get your ass handed to you in multiplayer, and you're gonna become the "cow" (the cow is someone who's not following the rules correctly, thus everyone will "kill the cow"), but you'll get the hang of it.The problem with that is the servers seem to be packed with 10th+ year pro-players who don't tolerate rookies.
I always have paypal set to charging my credit card the foreign currency so as to use the bank's exchange rate rather than Paypal's extortion rateOuch, got a bad exchange rate from Paypal but still a great deal on Xcom. They gave me .92 Canadian to US
Wait until the deals switch over, there'll be a voucher to use on it, or $2 credit.. someone might help you out then.Is the site working now? I cant still access it.
If someone kind enough to buy this for me? its $4.99 according to isthereanydeal.com
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition
I can pay via paypal or amazon gc. Thanks!
I've never looked into that. I have it set up to go through my bank account cause I believe it's cheaper, as far as transaction fees.I always have paypal set to charging my credit card the foreign currency so as to use the bank's exchange rate rather than Paypal's extortion rate
Using an attached credit card is free for purchases, but costs to send money using the "friends and family" option. They switched over now, so there's a 10% voucher to use on it. Too bad it's not 20%.Ok thanks! Too bad everytime GMG have a mega sale, I cant access their site.
Hopefully someone will be tempted enough to buy it for me if they can get a $2 credit in return.
Such a good series (the first 3 and this one)Such a good game

this is the colonies ediiton the other one right it the same price colonies edition on steam right?Biting for LP:EC, Steam MSRP is cheaper, but they haven't had a good sale on it in years. Can't beat $2.50 after yesterdays credit and the voucher. Too bad it didn't have a $2 credit or 20% voucher, but beggars can't be choosers.
Ah, so it is. Same price as colonies edition on Steam.this is the colonies ediiton the other one right it the same price colonies edition on steam right?
NoI must be masochistic, but regardless of all the critical panning, I'm still tempted to grab Jurassic Park at 75% off (with additional 10% voucher). Someone please stop me, haha...
Bleh. I missed this (XCOM + DLC deal) while @ work.12.99 plus 20%, so somewhere around $10.40
With all of the Telltale games that keep showing up in Indie Royale & Humble bundles --including licensed properties like Back to the Future and The Walking Dead-- you might as well wait it out a bit. The price is only going to come down...I must be masochistic, but regardless of all the critical panning, I'm still tempted to grab Jurassic Park at 75% off (with additional 10% voucher). Progress update - July 3rd Hi - sorry about this evening - we had a significant hardware failure while running at 20 times the traffic of our normal average for this time of year. This hardware failure stopped you from getting to the deals, and that's the hardest thing for us to take. Our supplier was excellent, though, at working with us and getting replacement hardware deployed as soon as possible.
So what have we changed?
Firstly, the sale continues - we are determined to bring you the best deals on the market in our sale. That's what we're about - it's what we want and need to do for you.
Secondly, we have cancelled the other free game giveaways we were going to run - we'll look at doing these at some point after the sale, so it doesn't stop those wanting the deals - we know a lot of you want free games, but we've had a lot of feedback that recommends we put back the free games so you can pick up the titles you've been waiting for a discount on, and this is exactly what we're going to do. We don't want to jeopardise our relationship with you all. So, from now, any free game giveaways in this current sale are cancelled. Period.
Finally, I'd hope we're a lot more humble - we've had some problems and you've stuck with us. We've been in business for just over 3 years and we're selling globally - and you are part of that. We might not get it right every time but, make no mistake, we are all about getting great games to you.
Keep talking to us - good, bad or indifferent, it will make us better.
Thanks,
James, George, Darren and the rest of the GMG Team
Yeah. Maybe they needed some more down time to do maintenance. On the bright side their servers are working again. >.>
Damn u! Now I'm considering it.Not a bad REORC price at all. I'd probably grab it if I wasn't so broke.
The game isn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be. It's a serviceable third-person cover shooter in the Resident Evil universe with a nice mix of characters, character upgrades, and great zombie shooting physics. It's nothing special, it's not doing anything that similar games of genre aren't doing, and it has its flaws, but it's still a solid game (for that price).
