Debating on buying Guise of the Wolf and Castleminer Z.
Convince me to do so / ignore them?
Lucky for you, you picked the easiest 2 to convince you not to get.
Haven't watched this, but supposedly it's supposed to be funny/good.

and for Guise of the Wolf

It's like they specifically picked these two out of spite for the man, haha.
But in all seriousness, I need to give you guys some background on why not to buy Guise of the Wolf.
After TotalBiscuit did his video that I linked to, the devs filed false copyright claims to try and remove the bad review (even though the review falls under fair use), and a strike was placed on his account (bad thing as it messes with his ad money).
He e-mailed the devs about it, and they said this.->

They also said that if he tweeted or shared the e-mail, they would deny it. TotalBiscuit of course, tweeted a screencap of it, and they denied it (as well as the copyright claim), leading to an argument over Twitter.
The devs (FUN Creator) then e-mailed TotalBiscuit telling him to take down his channel, as they weren't "afraid of him", as their company was bigger than his "silly little YouTube channel", and if he didn't, they'd sue him. ->

After confirmation that FUN Creator DID issue the claim, they backed down and the video was put back up and the strike removed.
I hate to get preachy on you guys, but if you are against this kind of shit, please do not buy Guise of the Wolf.
Here's an article about the entire thing. ->

Edit: As for Castleminer Z, they have been accused of rigging their download stats on XBLIG (as free trials are included) so they remain visible in the "Top Downloaded" list. Aside from that, the only thing they're guilty of is flipping a shit when you call it a Minecraft clone.
