Chargers 38 - Cowboys 14
The Chargers are off to a 3-0 start and continue their very strong play off the momentum of last week's big comeback win. The final score is a bit misleading since the Cowboys scored a last second TD, this one was Chargers throughout.
Rivers was excellent again, going 14 of 19 for 290 yards, 4 TDs and one pick.
Miles Austin finally got in on the action against his old team, with 2 catches for 126 yards and a score. Antonio Gates added 2 catches for 27 yards - both TDs - to give him 6 scores on the season. Vincent Jackson had the other TD on the first pass Rivers threw.
After two strong games to start the season, Ryan Mathews finally had a tough game, carrying 13 times for only 40 yards and coughing up a fumble. Jamal Lewis 2.0 continued to be a strong change of pace though, carrying 4 times for 31 yards and scoring for the third straight game to start his career.
It was a tough game for JaMarcus Austin, who went 15 of 33 for 185 yards and 2 scores but threw 4 picks, 3 by Jonathan Joseph and one by Bernard Pollard. He also coughed up a fumble. Witten was the leading receiver with 5 catches for 65 yards and a score. The Cowboys could get no ground game going whatsoever except for a few scrambles.

gg cobra03ash! As you pointed out in your messages, my defense came to play today. I can't take too much credit for the picks since they were all CPU, other than that I put my best players in a position to make plays. I know how much you love targeting Kevin Ogletree, so I stuck Joseph on him from the start and the matchup definitely paid off. I believe Pollard's pick was on a ball intended for him as well.
The only bad news here is that second-year safety Keylo Turner broke his ribs, but he'll only miss 2 games thankfully and I'm plenty deep at safety (as evidenced by Pollard filling in admirably).
