Hey guys...it's me again...I know advance is tonight, so here is the DEAL: I sent ThnkGodImFly or w/e an Xbox Live message when I got back Monday night telling him my schedule and stuff. He hasn't been on Xbox Live since Monday afternoon though...but I went ahead and sent him another message last night telling him I'm free all day so hopefully he gets back to me sometime, I will keep you updated. Breaking news the broncos and falcons have agreed to a trade that will send (LT) ryan clady and a 1st round pick to the falcons for roddy white (wr) and davasia burton (cb)
 
I assume Burton is another one of those guys whose actual ability is way higher than the 61 overall rating would indicate?

I have no issue with that trade though.
 
Davasia Burton isn't that good right now but he's an A potential (something that should probably be mentioned) and 95 speed, so after a couple seasons he should be pretty solid.

And the trade looks fine to me.

I told Kay I would be on at 9pm last night to play our game and I never showed up. I apologize. I got stuck at work late and I came home at 1am tired as hell so I crashed. I should have came on here and let him know.

I am fine with simming or kay playing the CPU so our game doesn't hold up the league.

Would it be cheesy or anything to use my backup SS (Charles Godfrey) as a backup OLB? I'm not gonna start him there, but every time one of my starting OLB gets tired and his replacement comes in, I always seem to give up big plays. Once Brandon Hiller comes back from injury I'll be fine (I think it's just 1 or 2 more weeks), but for now I'm struggling with my backup OLBs. It's not a huge deal either way...just thought I'd ask since I don't think I've ever seen anyone put in a SS at the OLB position in this league (I've seen it in other ones).

i don't find it cheese as long as you don't start him there full time lol
 
FA waiver list is open for the first 10 teams. I'll open it up to the next 10 either during lunch tomorrow (1pm EST) or when I get home from work (7pm EST)

Well I'm gonna go ahead and put Godfrey as my backup OLB for now unless someone speaks up against it. He's probably only gonna get around 5 or so snaps at OLB max either way...fatigue has just been killing my momentum the last couple games.

Oh, right...we can wait til your trade goes through then. It might not happen tonight, so if it doesn't go through til tomorrow...I'll be available pretty much any time after 4:30 p.m. EST.
 
Just an update. The proposed new Bills owner, AKA my friend at work, wont be able to take them over. We're swamped and are going to be for the foreseeable future. At this point I'm evaluating whether or not I'm even going to be able to stay in the league.
