If you're fine with a sim, that's definitely the better option.

it keeps giving me a network timeout... ive was on the phone with xbox live and comcast all day yest.... i even hooked my xbox up with an ethernet cord to see if it was a wireless issue... i asked about the nat settings on my router they said it would give an nat error if that was the problam.... ive never had an issue untill 13 came out... they said it could be the easervers but y would it kick me out?

Hmm, I really wish I had some input for you, but I haven't had any connection issues this year. Hopefully someone else can help you out.

Crazy thing is I was kinda having this issue with a network timeout happening to me when I played my game and in some 2k games, I hard wired my system to my computer first went in and turned the wireless off all togther on the router than I switched the channel that my connection was on, most routers have about 10 to 11 channels, I speed tested the channels on a random speed test site than I stayed on the one with the highest mbps and lowest ping unplugged that cord and plugged it directly into my xbox and I was good to go, Im not sure if this change will work for you only because I am currently on DSL but it might help you out.

I don't know if anybody really looks around the CAG website other than the forum but right now Gamestop is giving 100% bonus on system trade ins, Yesterday I went and traded in my old Halo 3 xbox that had the RROD for $110.00 . I did the towel trick and it worked like a charm after lol.

I also wouldn't suggest buying a used xbox from gamestop anytime soon lol there are alot of people doing this.

Not a good one. I PMed both guys last night, I got a response from SaintsRow:

We were suppose to do it tonight but weren't able to get it in for some reason. I've been off and online all day and didn't see him on.

I'm free all day tomorrow though, so I won't have any issues on my end getting it in.

Pretty vague, so I'm really not sure when it will be played. Doesn't seem like there's a firm plan. I intend to advance us around 8EST unless I hear for sure that they're scheduled after that.

I didnt knwo that I actually got the idea from some members on the Gamestop trade in thread. I had no idea it was even possible if it wasn't for CAG

They just get pissy when you post about gaming the system. I definitely get it, CAG is a huge part of the gaming community and they don't want to be seen in that kind of light.
 
I heard back from the Colts, he can't play until 11 tonight at the earliest. He said he's fine with a sim, I PMed the Browns asking if that's okay with him. If so, I'll advance us as soon as I get home from work.

Holy shit. You guys know the sections of the franchise website that have been marked as "coming soon" and we all assumed that meant Madden 14? They're here! Color me amazed. :D

I've yet to go through all the new features, but at the very least we can FINALLY access the rosters of other teams through the site. Hallelujah!

Looks like they've got stats now, so it's a definite possibility. We'll keep tabs on it, though if he does set it up I'm sure it'll take some time (he's just one guy running that site after all).

I know the actual game statlines have been bugged though (things in the wrong columns, etc) so hopefully they fixed that as well.

Haven't heard back from the Browns yet, so I'm leaning towards simming this game since we know the Colts won't be able to play until 11PM anyway (and there's no guarantee that the two could make it work then). He said he's fine with a sim, so I think that's the best solution.

Edit: Just heard from SaintsRow, he's fine with a sim. We'll be advancing after I get home, probably at about 5:45.
