PriceGrabber $5 Rebate Topic w/ Lists Of Eligible Games (Updated 3/2)
What's the word on the whole changed address thing? 4 of my 5 have one address, and the last one is different. Can I just put them all in one envelope anyways and mail to the newest address (which is the newest btw?)

Thanks
I sent all my old forms (Young America address) to Mesa. DC showed delivered on the 3rd, I'll let you know when/if they are added to the site.

You mean El Paso? I hope you didn't send them to Mesa ;).

I sent my last 5 on July 30th to Young America. I didn't do DC and nothing's shown on the rebate search though it is still way too early for that.

I did get my last 2 checks today in the mail along with a threatening letter from my Homeowner's Association saying that if we don't paint our house (note: it is not even 4 years old yet) by Aug 17th we'll be fined $25/day. This, after I requested and was granted an extension in June till October because my wife is pregnant. The bastards... Kind of makes $5 PG rebates seem insignificant though. I hope this doesn't come down to litigation/leins/etc... Sigh... Looks like I'll have to become active again in the stupid HOA. I had to do that when we lived in Tucson when the yard nazis took it over. (I also got a letter today about weeds/clover for which I refuse to spray so I need to do it all by hand). Like I have time for the stupid HOA.
Well, wherever it was. Was Mesa the old old address?
Yeah, Mesa was the original (or at least what they were using like a year ago).

I guess that would explain the delay in my July submittals. I normally send out on 13/14th of every month and it normally has a receive date of around 20/21st, and posted around the last few days of that month.

For my July submittals (sent to Young America), they were received 7/25 and posted ~8/2. So my July submittals might have lost those 5 days in getting from Young America to El Paso.

I'm going to send my August batch (w/Young America address forms) to El Paso directly. I re-downloaded one form that had the El Paso TX address on it for reference. Didn't want to waste any more paper.

That should be fine. When they switched from Mesa to Young America, I sent forms with the Mesa address for 2 months afterwards to the new address with no problem. However, I don't print mine until I am just about to send them, so I guess I might as well redownload as many as I can.
Has anyone's July submissions showed up online yet?
Yeah. I just assumed everyone's did (since I sent to the old address and mine alwats seem to take a while anyway). My ones mailed at the very end of July to the OLD address showed up as received Aug 8th a few days ago. Now, if you sent them to the new place and they aren't showing yet that is interesting. I just sent a batch to the new address and now I'm worried .

Mine came in the mail actually like 3 days ago!

I sent my July rebates to the old address on July 30th and they still don't show up at web-rebates.com as received. I think the last few months pricegrabber has spoiled me and now they are back to their old (i.e. slow) ways.

Hmmm... I sent 3 to the new address a few days ago. I have 2 more and I think I'll send those to the old address. (All forms had the old address on them of course).

I was wondering if I could print a copy of my receipt and UPC barcode on the same page (I scan them)
???
Plus do I have to print each terms and condition statements fo each rebate form?
Thank you for your time

Yes you can scan them onto the same page (that's what I've always done). As for T&C, I asume you mean page 2 of each form. If that's the case, then no. You only need the first page that has the barcodes, name of the product, and your information on it.

Yay, my July submissions just showed up as received on 8/3. Awesome timely updates they have there. Just in time for my August rebates to go out.

Just got my checks from July submissions yesterday. Only 3 of the 5 as i had to resubmit 2 though - gotta remember to send august out tomorrow :)

can I stack the 5 rebates + copied page with receipt & barcode in a #10 regular envelope with one stamp of 41 cents?
(sorry for the question first time sending 10 pages in a small envelope size)

Doubtful. It will probably be over an ounce
Can i paste 2 stamps of 41 cents LOL
nvm I think I'll mail it at the mailcenter to see hou much it cost
Probably jinxed myself but I've been only using one stamp in a #10 envelope, 10 pages no problem yet; form on one page, UPC and receipt on the other.

I think the extra ounce is 23 cents, same cost as a postcard is how I remember it.

Extra ounces are 17 cents on a letter-size mailing. So, generally I can mail 2-3 forms for 58 cents. There's no way 10 pages can go for just 41 cents ;). They probably just don't bother with returning or doing postage-due on most things any more. For most people I would suggest getting some 17 cent stamps at the PO and at least pasting a 41 and 17 together. That will cover you up to 2 ounces.

I just mailed 5 forms in a manila envelope, though, and it was $1.31 (just over 3 ounces and charged more because it wasn't letter size). I didn't do quite a full 3 pages for form as my receipts were on half-pages. So it was about 2 1/2 pages for each one or about 12.5 pages total. I sent these to the new address, so we'll see how that goes.

Forgive me if this has been posted before, guys... I don't have time to read through all the pages of the thread and I have nooo idea what I'd search for...

Anyhow, I've done two batches of the PG rebates so far... each time I sent in 5 but they only sent me 4 checks back... I finally figured out what it was today - two of the reviews I posted don't show up in my account. I'm not sure why - I know I posted them, and they were both quite lengthy, nothing objectionable, etc.

Anyhow, can anything be done about this... if I post another review now, will I somehow miraculously get the money? ;) I'm guessing I'm SOL, but I thought I'd check with ya'll. Thanks guys! :)

Just tell them you had posted a review, they'll likely ask you to review it again and send them an email. I've both forgotten to review, and had reviews vanish, often in the past, but I always got my rebates.

Got my 5 checks for July today. That has to be some sort of record given that I sent them the very last few days in July. And I sent them to the "old" address, though it seems the newer one is slower. OK...

Also, if anyone is looking at getting that SanDisk Cruser 2GB flash drive that is on sale at Office Depot this week ($19.99) I was shocked to discover that it is one of the very few flash drives to have a PG rebate. This is the first non-gaming rebate I've done.

ok bought some front lane games from BB noticed all of them have the same UPC on the receipt, will the UPC outside the shrink wrap work or do I need the original UPC on the cover art of the game?

Im guessing the upc you send in(you only need to xerox it) has to match the UPC that prints out on the PG form.
Im guessing the upc you send in(you only need to xerox it) has to match the UPC that prints out on the PG form.
Correct. All they care about is the UPC matching the item on the form, not what the receipt says.

How long does it take for them to post them on the web-rebates site? I have not sent in any rebates forms in the past 16 months.

Anyone got any email saying they have your September submissions? I sent them in around the first or second and haven't heard anything. (Don't remember which address I sent them to though)
How long does it take for them to post them on the web-rebates site? I have not sent in any rebates forms in the past 16 months.
2-4 weeks.

I sent in my August rebates a few days before the end of the month, and they're not up yet.

so its only 5 you can only send in per month does it vary as when they actually send the $5 for each check as sometimes there can be a delay or does it actually depend on the date in which you submitted the upc, receipts and everything?

I'm committing myself to sending five rebates in one large envelope, which should be fine as stated in OP and I'm exluding the T&C pages as noted a few pages back...and I'll just do it through Paypal to get DC as well.

All are going to Young America, MN even though I requested them way back in June and their postmark dates are about to expire! :cold:

I allowed 7 rebates to expire in the past year due to laziness and I'll not allow five more to slip by...

I always use one of those 6x9 brown envelopes and get 10 sheets (5 rebates) mailed out for $0.58 without problem.

It should be either the postmark date or the date of receipt, not 100% sure. All I know is that I normally shoot them off in the middle of the month so they get posted as received about 7-10 days later, before the end of the month.

Others postmark at or near the last day of the month. I don't think anyone has had a problem as long as two-5 form submittals are not postmarked/received during the same calandar month.

seriously, anyone get an email confirming receipt of rebates? I sent them in in the beginning to middle of August, and nothing...
seriously, anyone get an email confirming receipt of rebates? I sent them in in the beginning to middle of August, and nothing...
Emails come through after they're processed on the site - both when they're received and when they're approved. My 5 sent at the end of July were approved and mailed a couple weeks ago, but my 5 sent at the end of August are MIA.

Yeah, no worries, same with mine. It seems they are in another slow period after a brief spurt of promptness last month...
Yeah, no worries, same with mine. It seems they are in another slow period after a brief spurt of promptness last month...
that's what threw me off, as the ones before these were processed rediculously quick for them. oh well, Not really in a hurry, just making sure I don't need to resend.

Well, bad news. My 5 from August just showed up and FOUR of them show this error: "Limit five rebates per month per person".

So much for their new El Paso processing center. WTF?? The error even says 5 per month, not the stupid 5 in a 30 day period thing (which they could use to deny rebates sent even in different months). But even if that was the case, my last 5 were sent July 30th and these 5 were sent August 30th, which is as close as you can get to satisfying BOTH requirements. I also send 5 in a single envelope each time - it has worked for me for well over a year now without a hitch. I think I had this happen once WAY back when they were a little more responsive to problems. I submitted a trouble ticket, so we'll see how that goes.

The 4 out of 5 just makes no sense though - either they think my last 5 (sent in July) were in the same month as these or they didn't. I don't get it.

I submitted 5 rebates at the end of August IN THE SAME ENVELOPE but only 1 shows up as received at the rebate tracking site... Sent them an email about it yesterday but haven't heard back

Damn end of the month being on a weekend... gonna have to print a label with a Sunday postmark to get things copied over the weekend.

Well, I'm getting 4 "non-compliance" post cards sent to me for 4 of my 5 August submissions according to the web site (for being over 5 per month - I'd like to see the explanation for it, but I won't get one I'm sure). Wonderful...

Still no response from customer service. I miss Pam...
