I've actually heard it's quite good on the vita from several sources, but I haven't picked it up yet. The early pre-release word was it had issues, but the actual release is getting praise, at least, as far as I've seen.

I'm very excited. The expansion is supposed to be the D3 everyone wanted from the start. PS4 is supposed to have a lot more in the way of effects and look like it does on high end PCs. I just hope/wish they would do some sort of upgrade for those of us that have it digitally on PS3.

Man, imagine if games were developed solely for the Vita? It seems every game is a port of some sort. Not knocking it, it's just if we had some ground up games they would probably be phenomenal.

Killzone: Mercenary is pretty good and that was developed from the ground up for Vita, it is hard to think of others though.

I really think that anyone who compares the Vita port to the console versions for the sake of pointing out where the Vita port falls short is a ing retard. 100%, full slidecage, retard. Also, if anyone went into this BL2 situation thinking that the Vita port was going to be exactly what you saw on PS3, you're also a retard.

Of course the Vita version is going to have lower frame rates. Of course it's going to have toned down graphics. No ing shit it's going to control differently. Don't sit here and say "Well the PS3 version was 720p and 40fps, but the Vita version can't do that so it sucks."

Haha definitely did on Blue. Beat most of Silver. Beat most of Pearl. That's about it. The introduction of double and triple battles killed it for me, the battle system was already boring enough when it was just one on one.

Oh also the dogs on Gold/Silver (I think). Back then I was a completionist but it took an insane amount of luck to catch those dogs and that's when I said " it" to catching 'em all.

I was a TOTAL nintendo fanboy back in the day.  I would go on ign back when it was still n64.com and defend nintendo like some crazed lunatic.  Sony was the devil, the ps1 sucked, the ps2 sucked, and they should all burn in hell.

Then I actually purchased a ps2 to play Onimusha and saw how utterly wrong I was.  Didn't touch a nintendo product for 10 years until I bough a 3ds a few months ago.  I hate the console itself but the games are fantastic.

Focus on leveling endurance so you don't fat roll anymore, that raises your max (equipped) equipment burden (your armor + what is equipped in your 4 hand slots), you stop fat rolling when your current equip burden is half or less than your maximum equip burden (IE. if your max equip burden is 60 you must equip items weighing in total less than or equal to 30 in order to fast roll). Endurance also raises your max stamina (up till 40 endurance) making it one of the most important stats for a melee character. In the meantime take off glove, helm, and boot pieces one by one until you can quick roll.

Also keep in mind, in addition to weighing quite a bit, fluted armor is considered "heavy" which means each piece cause stamina to regen slightly slower. From the item description "Its heaviness slightly impedes stamina regeneration." Pretty much all the metal armors slightly impede stamina regen though so it's just something you have to deal with if you want to wear heavier armor. Unless you want to look like the burger king, it's the only metal armor that doesn't impede stamina regen, but you don't get it until late in the game.

Unfortunately, I'm now in this boat. I did my best to hold out, but I've been swayed.

I play my Vita and it's nearly impossible for me to go back to my 3DS. It looks so blurry and grainy. I hate the clamshell design. It just feels cheap and flimsy compared to the beast that is the Vita.

I've owned every Nintendo system up to the Wii U and really, I haven't felt like I was getting a premiere piece of hardware since Super Nintendo, when I didn't know any better/didn't care.

But being able to enjoy Zelda/Metroid on a Sony console? Sign me up.

Just got my first platinum in four months on Tearaway. Enjoyable little game. I'll never get sick of seeing my fingers poke through the paper. Now to decide if I want to trade it in or keep it for my son to play when he's older (I'll probably trade it).

The triple and double battles are actually what reinvigorates the game for me. It allows for a bit more depth and strategy using Pokemon with abilities that compliment each other (and finding counters for such teams) than standard rock paper scissors ever allowed.

I think people underestimate just how much of a development edge being able to code to your own hardware is. There is a reason why the first party games on any system tend to stand out. And it's not like most of Sega's early multiplatform games were known for their quality.

So who is to say they wouldn't try it only to end up with longer development times and lower overall quality, while still getting mediocre sales because Zelda isn't "mature" enough.

Nintendo just needs to stop trying to give people what they claim they want, and give them what they actually buy. If most people who like Nintendo games buy their consoles as a "second console" after they drop in price, then they need to account for this.

Why? There are plenty of reports of people really enjoying it. Why not put it on vita? There are plenty of games I've enjoyed even if I wasn't playing the 'best' version. Not everyone has every console and/or handheld and/or gaming pc. Heck, I have a ps3 and plat'd BL2 and plan to play the DLC on vita.
