I bought mine for like $30 at Frys a year ago. It's the box version without the stationary set (which is even harder to find).

Hey, I bought Azumanga Daioh Let's Sing!

I'm not a big fan of listening to background music, and many if not most soundtracks have only the TV-length theme songs.

The Azumanga Daioh Let's Sing disc addressed both of these concerns for me. It's all vocals, with songs being sung by the characters and the full-length versions of the opening and closing themes. Romaji lyrics with English translation included.

The track where Chiyo-chan sings about her friends, only to have Yomi and Tomo start arguing and Osaka taking over but losing the song in the process is priceless.

I've picked up a few CDs over the last few sales, most notably the R.O.D and Noir soundtracks. It's hard to go wrong with anything by Kajiura if there are people looking to pick up some music. Oh, and the Utena CDs are probably the best anime soundtracks *ever*.
 
I'd put the Hellsing soundtracks (tv not OVA) and Bebop ahead of Utena, but the Utena soundtracks are amazingly good (the movie probably more so).

I picked up a Maaya Sakamoto and a Yuki Kajiura CD in my second order. I'm not a huge fan of anime music like I am with video game music (over 250 game music CDs at last count). Though I do agree that the Utena movie had excellent music.

Oh god, don't get me started. Yours sounds like a modest collection in comparison. Hopefully you've been able to avoid bootlegs.
 
These dialog tracks im assuming are only for the Japanese-fluent

my choices were:
Hellsing 1 & 2
Last Exile 1 & 2

I so wanted Noir 1 & 2, but 2 was sold out and I didnt want to "check back" for restocks
 
I used to be big on anime/game soundtracks...and then I eventually found out all the stuff I was buying were bootlegs...

I've yet to find a place that sells cheap videogame music. Is there such a place?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, then probably. I got them to swap out one of my filler dvds for the Sugar box that I had originally overlooked. Just sent 'em an email explaining what I wanted to swap, and they took care of it the next day.
 
Just submitted my first order...I really wanted to at the very beginning of the sale, but I didn't have the funds, so I waited until most everything I wanted came back in stock. It was awfully nice to see the LE and ROD boxes come back in. I grabbed both versions of Akira since I have a HTIB and would love to hear it in DTS, but also want the extras on the 2 disc set.

Well I just sent Rightstuf an email as well about the whole R.O.D artbox thing. I ordered it without since it said it was Out of Stock at the time.But now that its not, hopefully theyll change it.

I just called costumer service and I had a VERY nice young lady switch fix my order up a little

I had my 2 Last exile soundtracks be changed to the 2 NOIR Soundtracks, and the volume 7 of ROD switched to volume 7 of ROD + Box + Otaku perverseness figurine.

Oh and by the way, whoever calls the costumer service, just as a friendly suggestion in case they were as nice to you as they were to me, ask if theres a way they can let you know their name and how you can express your great satisfaction with their costumer service. I got transfered to a supervisor and I had to leave a voicemail, or something similar.

I mean, if you guys have time, and if you are truly happy that you are getting all your items at a great price and any mistakes that they were able to fix for you. I think thats the best way to keep Rightstuf as awesome as it is, dont you think??


PS Kirin, when I gave up the Last Exile Soundtracks I felt like I was making a mistake by switching it to Noir, but since LExile have always been part of the previous sales, so if there is ever another one, they can be my next filler. Which one did you (or anyone else) like better? Before you even say it btw, I cant order Utena because I havent even seen the show, let alone heard the music, that would've been a shot in the dark, somehow seems too risky.

I'm trying not to order again, but I know the prices won't ever be this good again for a long itme if ever. Battle Athletes 7 and Fighting Spirit 14 are calling me....
