No Country for Old Men epic in every sense
Loved that film. There's even a random event in GTA V based off itNo Country for Old Men epic in every sense
Easily Cormac McCarthy's best film adaptation. I remember seeing it for the first time and being blown away. Great script, fantastic acting and ensemble cast. I think it's time I watch it again. No Country for Old Men epic in every sense
Seconded. Love that shit.Easily Cormac McCarthy's best film adaptation. I remember seeing it for the first time and being blown away. Great script, fantastic acting and ensemble cast. I think it's time I watch it again.
Why did you not like it?I'm in the very small minority where I didn't like that movie. At all.

But you're in the majority of people who are in the minority of not liking things.I'm in the very small minority where I didn't like that movie. At all.
I guess those are good reasons. I need to watch it again. Been too long and I've forgotten it.I haven't seen it for a few years, but I remember dislikingthe way the story was done. Especially how the guy you're supposed to be following just sort of dies off screen and out of nowhere. I thought the ending was pretty poor too
Again, it's been awhile since I've seen it, those are just two things I remember disliking.
Both are excellent, but I actually prefer the American one for the child actors. Far more creepy. You should check out Let the Right One In which is the original Swedish version.
100% agree with you. Both are excellent, but I actually prefer the American one for the child actors. Far more creepy.
The Iceman - 4/5 - Very great movie. Amazing performances from Michael Shannon, Winona Ryder and Chris Evans (yes, Captain America). The only thing holding this film back was the direction. It wasn't bad, but just generic.
Was probably for the best.Dredd. One of the best Die Hard rip-offs I've ever seen. Highly enjoyable for what it was and I can't believeKarl Urban didn't show his face at all for the entire movie.
Said he wouldn't have done the movie if the script called for that to happen.Dredd. One of the best Die Hard rip-offs I've ever seen. Highly enjoyable for what it was and I can't believeKarl Urban didn't show his face at all for the entire movie.
Probably cause LotR was 1500 pages shrunk to 3 movies, while the Hobbit is 300 pages stretched to 3 movies..The Hobbit was a load of crap, not looking forward to the second one. It's surprising since I loved the lotr trilogy.
