Wow, got none of 'em.  Zombie Driver HD is the real punch in the nuts -- passed on getting it since I already owned the original.  I gave Offspring Fling and Magicka away.  This will teach me to be nice.

Also, is it still possible to get card drops while running more than one game at a time? People were saying yes, but it didn't seem to work for me on Tuesday.

I had real problems getting more than one card from simultaneously-running games on Tuesday. Not sure if they've changed it, but I didn't get all of my drops (four games) until I launched them on their own.

 
I think I own all but Jagged Alliance.

For the Humble weekly, I may pick it up just to get the DLC for Rochard.  Does anyone know if the game and the DLC are separate codes?

You definitely should. It also comes with two shadowgrounds games and Shank 2 and I maybe one of those will get cards? I would buy like maybe 5 copies for 5 alternate accounts.

Just a quick heads up for Enhanced Steam for Chrome users - version 3.7 is out now with loads of new features and bug fixes.  Some of the features required that I change the permissions, so once it updates it may be disabled until you re-enable it on your extension tab.

 
Just a heads up to anyone that wants the "complete" Mafia II experience. The region exclusive DLC "The Betrayal of Jimmy" is only available through limited euro regions but you can still acquire it and add it to your account via trading.

It is currently on sale in those regions and I quickly and successfully traded 1 TF2 key for it.

I have tried to give my extra copy away multiple times but have had no takers. Maybe it's gone rancid or something. I am putting the code in that secret place that lurkers can't see so if anyone wants Magicka please hover-take it and post back or pm me so I know the stinky thing is gone. Don't make me beg.

Open up that email and try to redeem it again using the link at the bottom of the email. See what it says. Perhaps you never actually redeemed it or Steam never got the message that you did. Worth a try. If it says it was redeemed, then it was indeed on your account.

Next you can try to contact the publisher with your information. This won't look good on them if you end up moving on to the next step.

But if none of that gets you help, you need to move on to gaming media to publicly shame Steam over this. Go to Kokatu or RockPaperShotgun or PennyArcade and find a contact that writes about games. Lay out your claim, with Steam's response. They'll love to publish something making it clear that Steam will stealth remove games with no recourse or help.

Wait, it was Steamgifts? I'd probably skip the media, then. With an item from an unknown source, there is a real possibility that there was something like credit card fraud involved. Not sure why Steam won't at least confirm that it was removed from your account, though. Other people have reported getting notification when that happened.

If you take it down and send it my way, I'll play it eventually. I just got back into PC gaming, and it hasn't been bundled since I've been back. If it's been used prior to that, oh well. Bound to get bundled again eventually.

 
I think we are fast approaching the point in time where it's not gonna be worth the effort of idling for cards. About an hour after this week's cards were introduced, most of the cards are selling for less than 30 cents. This time next week, the new cards will be selling for under 20 cents within an hour. How low does it have to go before it's simply not worth the effort?

Might be worth the effort when they add more non-indie titles to the card list. As of now, the only non-indie non-valve game that has card support is Borderlands 2..

It works. I did it a few days ago with Serious Sam and Super Meat Boy. The cards appear almost immediately after another.

You might be right. It took a while for the final card to drop the other time but I keep my computer on all day anyways so I can just leave it idling.

You're doing it wrong. Multiple steam accounts + multiple computers = win. Turn al your now-worthless BitCoin Mining computers into Steam Card Mining computers. ;)

About an hour after this week's cards were introduced, most of the cards are selling for less than 30 cents. This time next week, the new cards will be selling for under 20 cents within an hour. How low does it have to go before it's simply not worth the effort?

You've seen the carrot, now here's the stick: If you have any card drops remaining for any of your games, you are ineligible to win the Booster Pack Lottery. Anyone who owned any of today's titles lost the ability to win a Booster Pack at 10am PDT, and won't regain eligibility until they play or idle their way through all of the drops.

I would think that this "forced idling" will further depress individual card prices, which may or may not encourage some cheap badge crafting. If users could craft a badge for less than a dollar, some of them just might.
