However, I will not be waiting on Xcom 2, BF 1, Steep, South Park TFBW, or For Honor (I know Feb hardly counts as fall, but it's a day one pick up for me already). I was on the fence about TF2, but the beta convinced me I can wait for it to hit the Vault or at least get a deep price cut and news of changes.

If my friends get it or it goes on sale: DS3 season pass, Forza Horizon 3, Warhammer Vermintide.

The statue and Nakamura autograph were enough reason for me to buy it with GCU. I'm sure they are, but I don't even know what the season pass entails this year. I do know I'll be selling my Goldberg preorder card because I give zero fucks about him.
 
Honestly, the only game I'm particularly excited about is Mafia 3. I always co-op gears with my friend so I'll rent that with him later. Everyone (including myself) in my friend group has bounced off of COD in favor of overwatch so I don't much see a reason to buy that besides COD 4. Last year was really good but there's not much I'm excited for this year. Sidenote, did we ever get Xbox live groups? I think they were gonna be called clubs.

What is this deal on Recore though? I see if I buy it from a Microsoft store (or do free shipping) I get the $10 MS GC. Doesn't seem like Best Buy is doing anything to special for this (other then $8 for GCU).

 
For someone who doesn't really play mp games how long could I expect to find people to play with if I got titanfall? I like the $5 price but can I expect to be able to still play it 2-3 years from now?

I've see it go for $20-$25 on eBay constantly now(shipping included) and I even had a buddy willing to sell me his copy for $15. But that was the 360. I want the X1 version. I can be patient

Haven't seen any of you mention XCom 2 as a day one puchase... you all are stupid ; P

But yeah I honestly don't know what I will snag. I am thinking of getting XCom 2 on my PS4 for the Remote Play and then Battlefield 1 here on the X1. Likely will cave and get Gears, FH3, Titanfall and COD too haha.

Deus Ex is very good. A lot like Human Revolution, but they tightened up the shooting a lot so it's much easier to go guns blazing if you need to.

I honestly am more excited for the console release of Darkest Dungeon than anything else, plus they made it cross-buy/ cross-save so that is just amazing. Didn't want to mention it here to get those that don't have a ps4 or vita bummed they can't experience its awesomeness ; P

 
I've managed to chip away some at my backlog while I'm between semesters. Like 40 hours to round out Dragon Age alone. About 10 days left for me so I want to try to finish Mirror's Edge and Wolfenstein at least.

The rest of the year is pretty light for me, one game a month probably.

And what is worse is I just realized that the electric smoke is also earned as a "kill streak". Which isn't so bad since you're in a Titan and there are AI grunts nearby. But during one match as soon as my Titan landed I got rodeoed and attacked by two enemy Titans that blew me away faster than a fart in the wind.
 
Super stoked for FH3, TF2 is a lot better this weekend, still very disappointed they're trying to make it more COD like. Would've been perfect if they just added to the first one. Can't wait for BF1, and maybe the new COD which I'm mostly getting for cod4.
 
I have final fantasy xv and South Park pre-ordered. I'm going to pre-order the new dragon ball as well. I'll wait until reviews come out for recore and Friday the 13th. I really hope they're good. If they are, I'll get them day one. Everything else I'll wait for a sale I think.


Edit: attack on Titan has me intrigued as well. Any play that one yet? I know absolutely nothing about the series but the trailer impressed me.

I have been watching it for a bit and it seems if you like Dynasty Warrior- esque titles you will likely dig it. Seems like DW but with crazy aerial movement mechanics. I personally want it but will wait for a hefty discount.

In terms of Final Fantasy I am most certainly waiting on reviews. I have faith it will be amazing but at the same time can see it being quite a disappointment too. If it gets positive reception though I will be all over that.

Dead Rising 4

I'll probably only get Gears and ReCore at launch. I was going to get Rise of Iron but I'm sick of being second class so I'm passing.

I'm excited for RoI too! I've been hording my exotic engrams and rank up rewards instead of cashing them in, hopefully I'm not wasting my energy.
 
Anyone with an elite controller find it eats battery power faster? I find that I am having to charge it more often. Maybe the battery is dying but that seems fast also.

 
I got a couple Races in on Forza Motorsport 6 incase they give bonus loyalty cars on Horizon 3 this fall.

I apologize for my drivatar, my 5 year old son has been playing on mine too. His good driving is balancing out my terrible driving.

Mr. Hockey, got your WWE invite as I was turning it off. First time playing it and I have no idea on how to work the controls yet. Lets just say computer Santino just beat my Seth Rollins 3 times in a row. haha

That's because when it's your first time playing a game, YOU should be picking the dominant wrestler, not giving it to the computer.
 
I need to get the teàm up acheviment still. When you guys are on hit me up. I've been playing prestige poker. It's a lot of fun. 

I get stuck playing these types of games and get drawn in. I'll end up putting hours into these games and nothing else gets played.

 
I'm liking the changes in Titan fall 2. So need to get wall running mechanics down but that'll come with time. Also, I need to make time to play WWE 2k16 more. Love the game but want to get my money's worth before I but the new one
