I'm not trying to strong arm your opinion or anything, I just think you might be underestimating how many good HBs there are at this point in the franchise. 28 of 32 teams have a HB with an overall rating equal to or higher than Leshoure's. Just going by overall, he's the 33rd best back in the league (last year's ratings). So to say he'd automatically be a starter for the majority of teams in the league is kind of a stretch. He'd start for some, but not for the Jags (or for me).

I'm afraid not, given the size of the deal there's really not enough time. You guys can always make something work after the draft though, there's no rule against trading rookies.

What do you mean by "You're only allowed to resign players that your team dropped automatically"? We can't resign players we personally dropped before the draft to open our 7 roster spots? I dropped a couple decent players in anticipation that I might pick up some worthy players in the later rounds but I didn't, so I'd rather drop them and pick back up the players I dropped pre-draft. I'm sure that's how we did it before but I dunno if there are new rules put in place now that ferocious has taken even greater of a co-commissioner role since uber left.

Yeah, you can obviously add back the players you dropped manually.

Wow...really MA? I mistyped it. Only Resign players you dropped yourself and the cpu automatically dropped.

If you're not happy with the "role" i've taken...... i'll leave...i've been wanting to quit since season 3 (bv and doom can confirm this) I'm only staying to help keep things afloat. Comments like these hurt, man.

Sorry if i take that personally and probably the wrong way, just spent too much time working on this stupid game.

just look at it as the 6th pick in the first rd... we made a deal so either way will make it work

It was the 8th. But I wouldn't have thought it was fair as the pick either. A 91 OVR player and an 87 OVR player is way too much for the 8th pick.

What the...how did you take that as an attack lol. I didn't mean anything negative whatsoever...I think you're doing an awesome job as co-commissioner. I was just legitimately confused a bit by the wording. I was pretty sure I was reading too much into it but I just wanted to make sure since this is the first draft we've done under your leadership so maybe you wanted to do things differently (which would have been 100% fine with me).

I honestly don't even see how my post could have possibly been misconstrued as anything negative, but you're not the only one who has gotten bad vibes from a post of mine so I'm gonna try to incorporate more smileys into my posts lol O:) Sorry about the mix-up...

I do have a bit of a grudge against you though since you didn't even respond to my last PM!!!!!!!!! Grrr...... :speaktothehand:
 
And is the front page updated as far as team owners? Front page has Reds711 as the Falcons owner but he's currently owner of the Panthers in-game. I know Yanksrule has been the Panthers' owner for a while but I know some people switched teams around lately and I'm not sure if he was one of them. So Falcons = Reds711?
