Weird. All of my rewards I've gotten (since December) are now unchecked and Playfire shows a balance of $.10 from my last purchase (DMC4 zero'd me out). What're you guys seeing when you check Playfire?

No checks, but pending balance is correct. So they probably just removed checks from list.

 
Playfire is now claiming that my rewards won't track because of a Steam bug.

It basically skipped my Chompy Chomp Chomp and Tower of Guns achievements. It just started tracking stuff again after those rewards expired. How convenient.

I just sent ticket about missed rewards due to this buggage. Also include previous rewards that I had not bothered with because so small amount. Will see what happens.

 
Hopefully this "no checks" thing is a sign that rewards will update to your balance immediately now. However my Dark Void Zero rewards didn't "check" before this, and they still haven't been added to my balance, so my money's that this is just yet another Playfire bug...

They specifically told people to send in tickets about which ones they missed due to this bug. If you don't send in a ticket you won't get them.

I also had some Saint's Row Achievements not show up, and aside from the first "wait 24 hours" response, they haven't responded since. Oh well, I got some credit and it actually forced me to play and beat Portal 2 and Typing of the Dead which was fun.  And now I don't have to finish Portal 2 on PS3!

Yeah, I've lost all of my checkmarks as well. Also sometime late last night my balance showed $0.00 (that has been fixed though), so they're probably playing around or fixing their tracking system (hopefully).

I did receive my You played Where is my Heart? for the first time! today. That's the first successful reward that's been tracked in 7 days. I also finally received a response from Playfire support this morning:

I apologize for the delay in my response. Can you please send me a screenshot of your playfire rewards page so i can credit your account accordingly.

I never got around to sending them that support ticket, guess I'll have to now. Should be almost $15 worth of rewards which is kinda nuts.

I did get credited for playing Where's My Heart and Ascend for the first time recently, but nothing else.

Looks like this...

  • Where is my Heart? - unlock You're a cheater! - £0.50
...is a SAMmer trap. No description for how to get it (admittedly none of the WIMH? achievements have descriptions, but still), the obvious name, and the pic for it is a little pirate guy.

Global achievements show some people as having it... so toodles to their Playfire accounts probably.

 
All the EU IV (besides the first time) requiring the new DLC? Boo Playfire boo!

EDIT: Off-topic but noticed can get EU IV digital extreme (no reason to get it but still) for $4 cheaper by buying the base and the upgrade pack instead of buying the digital extreme by itself.

Interesting. Now my playfire account says I haven't yet earned any rewards, and doesn't show the $.10 credit I have (which still shows on GMG.)

I didn't any SR3 rewards either and one of the Serious Same 3 ones too. I feel weird complaining to them about free credits but I wasted my time going for them. Guess its my lesson, don't waste time over pocket change.

Not surprising that DMC won given the sale. Still kinda sucks, but oh well. Both games this week were just too overpriced.

My "Where is my Heart" achievements that I earned today have shown up, so I'd just give it some more time.

That or panic and call playfire a lot of bad words for not updating your rewards first, either option should be effective.

My credit seems to be up to date now, except I still can actually look at the whole list, still getting 500: Internal Server Error. The same as over a week ago.

Not that it is a big deal, unless I need it for bugging support later (to get the achievements when a "small err significant number of users weren't have achievements tracked."

By the way- in Ampu-Tea, you don't have to do everything in order. You can get the Milk achievement by just grabbing a cup and pouring milk in it. Which is far easier than getting the cup, getting a tea bag, putting the teabag in the cup, adding hot water and then moving it with not spilling all the way to the other side of the table and then adding milk.
